职位信息

The main purpose of this role is to keep close communication between OBL and Polestar logistics to secure the process of car distribution. Flow starts from Factory complete until the car is delivered to the Dealer, Importer, Sales Company Stock Location or Hand over point.

Main Tasks:

1. Daily monitor and co-ordinate the vehicle process at Polestar cars including transports with mainly trucks, ships, trains or any other transport model.

2. Stay in daily contact with OBL, Polestar logistics, Carriers, Yards, Hubs, Compounds, Customs, IT team and Vehicle plants for operational issues (delivery performance, capacity, launches, quality etc.).

3. Support sales deliveries targets for all Polestar global markets.

4. Manage SRM orders (purchase orders) for Logistics services.

5. Provide our markets with timely and correct information about their loadings, arrivals and transport documents.

6. KPI and Management report.

要求：

Background knowledge of the routines and working methods within Outbound Logistics.

Operational experience with international deep-sea vessel shipment, domestic road transport, Yards/Compounds/Hubs, Vehicle plants, National Sales Companies, IT systems, Customs handling, Harbor operations such as car maintenance, PDI/VPC, Port Delivery & Inspection and Processing Center.

Good communication skill and customer service orientation is preferred.

IT skill with below software or relevant:

1) TMS, Transport Management System (Kewill/IBM iHub).

2) Atacq, Yard system.

3) CIS/Vista, Sales Order systems.

4) SAP for SRM orders.

5) Microsoft - Excel and Powerpoint.
