TAC finance contractor will report to TAC senior accountant, main responsibilities are as following:
1.In charge of daily reimbursement checking and bank payment processing with online/vouchers, ensure company policy will be strictly followed, and process payment/income on time and accurately. 30%
2.Handle all the accounting work, include: Journal entry posting which mainly focus on A/R, A/P, payment and expenses, month end closing, system data maintaining, voucher filing, and finance statement issuing for tax, statistics and other requirements. 40%
3.Support on the transactions of invoice and tax processing, bank and government authority application, internal and external audit preparation. 20%
4.Assist in US reporting and management analyzing, and other temporary finance work assignment. 10%
要求：
1.Accounting or finance major, 1-2 years finance experience of booking/reporting. Better to have experience with international company and SAP system.
2.Fast learning and adaption, initiative and team spirit, and willing to process detail work under pressure.
3.Regular overtime is required to complete the working task during closing and reporting period.
