服务描述/ Brief description of service:
1.Support Market Intelligence Structure setting up and researching, testing and managing of Market Intelligence Platform
2.Leverage desktop and third-party research reports to Market Intelligence Platform
3.Develop and maintain in-depth analysis to track relevant macroeconomic / policy / market / competitor / customer dynamics, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis around new business initiatives
4.Organize and manipulate data into clean and analyzable formality in Excel or PPT, summarize key characteristics of different data and design proper data documentation format for data collection
5.Summarize and Present analytical findings in a visualized way such as a market intelligence report in PPT with good quality to be shared with internal stakeholders
6.Update collection in required documents, including Excel, Word, PPT. If necessary, should be able to design new templates for purpose of different managing reporting needs.
7.Support intelligence vender scouting and selection, able to manage vender in terms of needs communication, pricing, qualification, comparison, proposing options, contracting, monitoring, quality control and giving feedback to services received
8.Support research project in communication with venders and internal users for research needs, approaching consultants for proposals, organizing periodic project review, reporting progress
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business administration/Finance/Strategy/Marketing, fresh graduates also considered
2.Competency in office and data analysis software tools. Tableau, Power BI, Python language would be plus
3.Self-directed, highly motivated, result-driven and interested in learning
4.Analytical mind with good financial acumen
5.Good communication skills; Fluency in both written and oral English
