工作内容

1.与招聘经理合作，根据职位描述和业务需求梳理招聘要求。

2.独立执行招聘活动，如目标候选人的寻找、简历筛选、面试和评估、提议等。

3.跟踪新员工试用期的表现。

4.定期收集相关招聘数据，并汇总招聘报告。

5.现有招聘渠道维护，积极探索新渠道。

6.协助校园招聘、人才市场调查等工作。 

7.协助部门处理其他人力资源问题。

1.Working with hiring managers to clarify the recruitment requests based on JD and business demands.

2.Independently implement recruitment activities, eg, target candidates sourcing, screening CV, interview and assessment, offer proposal.

3.Follow-up new employees’ performance in probation time.

4.Regularly collect related recruitment data and give input on recruitment reports.

5.Maintain the current recruitment channels and actively explore new pipelines.

6.Assist campus recruitment, talent market survey, etc.

7.Assist the department on some other HR issue.

应聘条件

1.本科及以上学历。

2.至少有5-8年招聘经验，有化工行业背景者优先。 

3.较强的沟通和影响能力。

4.有较强的结果导向能力，能承受高压。

5.良好的英语听说读写能力。

6.良好的PPT/Excel/Word技能。

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. At least five or eight recruiting experience, prefer candidates with chemical industry background.

3. Strong communication and influencing skill.

4. Strong capability on result-orientation and can work under high pressure.

5. Good English skill ( both in written and oral English) .

6. Good PPT/Excel/Word skill.

上下班时间：9:00-18:00（周末双休）
