职位描述

工作内容：

Assist with planning, organizing and executing marketing communication plan for the PVFM business team in Asia Pacific.

Execute marketing communication activities, such as trade shows, webinars and speaking engagements in support of sales and marketing objectives for PV and business segments.

Assist with planning of PV WeChat editorial calendar and posting schedule, including liaising with designated agency.

Prepare social media content calendar on WeChat.

Coordinate with PR, advertising and design services agencies/vendors.

Assist with administrative and coordination work, including reviewing TERs, business card ordering, PR/PO release and payment tracking, FSOP import, contracts and agreements management. Handle film sample preparation for customers.

岗位要求：

0-2 years’ working experience (experience in marketing communications or PR agency is desirable).

Strong interpersonal skills.

Proven excellent writing skills in English and Chinese are a must.

Experience and skills in digital content management including social media and websites are necessary.

Strong project management capabilities will be a plus.

Open mindset to help drive change and improvement.

Experience in vendor management and leading projects through execution.

Good oral English.

Major in communication, marketing or E-commerce is preferred.
