职位描述
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Solves organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and designing solutions.
Conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the results.
Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions.
Assists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects.
Facilitates change management efforts associated with project.
May write and maintain user documentation.
Work with global project team to understand local requirement.
Sales and marketing report support:
Analyze business requirements to design and preparing monthly report.
Content:
Sales: balance score card. This report is to evaluate sales performance based on the metrics shared by sales team. I need work closed with Business intelligence team to understand the logics behind those metrics and find solution for those tasks.
Other sales or marketing reports
Position will receive direction and support.
Business Analysts on Junior level would typically do the basic analysis, write basic documents, etc. under a high supervision.

Requirements gathering, Visio, strong communication and presentation skills, process mapping, MS Office
High standard person of business ethics
Computer skill to utilize systems and generate reports.
Communication skill for effective listening and convey information in a concise.
Prefer experienced in similar job
English available to communicate with other countries
Basic business knowledge: marketing operation
Excel (reporting: pivot table, 公式) and powerpoint. （presentation and training material preparation）
