职位描述
工作内容：
1.Responsible for performing Billing, Collection, and Reciliation for multiple WeWork locations
2.Perform proper reconciliation of accounts, resolve and close aging items on time
3.Engage with accounting team of business activities and support month-end financial closing
4.Must be well-organized in tracking details on Members, and able to work independently
5.Able to communicate effectively via email and phone with Members, staff, and external vendors
6.Dynamic candidate who can pick up tasks and learn software quickly, and asks good questions
7.Using internal software to apply discounts, edit invoices, answering Billing tickets
8.Coordinating w/ Treasury on Member refunds, and payment receipts, particularly incoming FCY payments
9.Pushing urgent payment collections from Members
10.Ability to review legal contracts, invoices and payments on accounts and exercise sound judgement in resolving billing discrepancies w/ Members
11.Issuing Fapiao, coordinating w/ Community teams
招聘要求：
BA degree majored in accounting, finance, economy, business administration or related subjects. 3 yrs+ finance, accounting, or billing experiences
1.Customer-facing experience
2.Proficiency with MS office suite, excellent skill on Excel. familiar with Workday would be a plus.
3.Candidate must be highly organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with good people skill, people manager experience is an advantage.
4.Good command of English in both written and spoken
5.Strong analytical skills, able to deep dive, collect and analyze data, connect dots and figure out the full picture
6.Open minded to feedback and changes, fit with the company culture.
上下班时间：9：00-18：00（周末双休）
