Data Driven Business Management
Aftersales service lead management, to secure the sustainability of the services business through leads category expansion, leads quality control, result and conversion monitoring, and competence development
Service Lead Management System oversee and optimization control to improve leads quality.
Dealer coaching on leads management KPI improvement and system operation efficiency.
Service appointment management, including data analysis, operation and CRM system integration
要求：
Education
Bachelor’s degree
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in automotive aftersales business
Familiar with statistical analysis is preferred
Ability/Skills/Personalities
Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook
Excellent in interpersonal communication
Organizing and planning skill
Team work approach
