职位描述
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
1.Store expense
Check store reimbursement accounting entry in SAP and make the adjustment if any error as per company policy & fiscal regulation.
Monitor and follow up the aging items monthly and clear the outstanding items by required date.
Accomplish month-end closing.
2.Corporate T&E
Perform staff reimbursement audit and bookkeeping in SAP as per SOP and company policy.
Periodic follow up staff cash advance items and clear per timeline.
Ensure period expense are accrual if supporting document is not received.
Follow up and send the reminder email for those reimbursement request are lack of supporting doc.
Accomplish month-end closing expense analysis report such as Travel expense report etc.
Ensure all due payments are timely booked and paid per standard payment cycle.
3.Others
Coordinate with tax team and treasury team if any request.
Filing of accounting vouchers for all above related part.
Other works assigned by line manager and overtime if required.
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required
1.Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or Finance.
2.Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an AP accountant working for MNCs. Retail industry is a must and work experience as expense processor is preferred.
3.Solid understanding of Chinese accounting practices.
4.Good PC skills and English speaking/writing skills, and experience with ERP/SAP.
