职位描述
薪资：税前15-20K，补贴858元，五险一金，补充医疗
岗位描述
Provide daily dealer technical support and maintain agreed service levels.
Maintain VRs from assigned areas according to policy & guidelines.
Provide technical support for vehicle quality issues, service operations and marketing activities.
Analyse the input repair quality case from CCM, deliver the report to field support to go with regional manager.
Identify and define product deviations, and provide sufficient feedback for product improvement purpose.
Implement service solutions and address potential discrepancies.
Responsible to organize / support dealer meetings within job scope.
Establish and maintain communication between CMQ and dealers by E-Systems and other tools on a daily basis.
Initiate, execute and follow up activities as required to ensure that key responsibilities are meet.
Provide on-site support or investigation when deemed needed.
Provide Connectivity support to dealers.
Provide Accessories support to dealers.
Provide Polestar vehicle technical support to target dealers.
7x24 technical support.
要求：
Education
Bachelor degree.
Automotive Engineering or other relevant subjects.
Experience
Auto Industry Experience 5 years.
Auto Repair / Technical Support related work for at least 3 years.
Ability/Skills/Personalities
Auto Repair Skill: Vehicle diagnosis logic and analysis.
English Skill: Verbal and written.
PC Skill: Good with: Words, XLS, PPT and WEB based applications.
Communication Skill: Willing to initiate communications and able to express and accept opinions in a professional way.
