职位描述
职位信息
1) Customer risk assessment 15%
a. Assesses customer credit limit based on company experience, sales revenue, agency reports, financial statement analyzing. Able to read and interpret financial data. Annual credit evaluation is from Oct to Dec each year.
d. Proactively work with sales Customer service team to update credit limit change(increase or downgrade)
2) Order/billings hold/release for over limit or aging issues 15%
a. Address customer orders held systematically for over limit and aging conditions with appropriate company resource —Manager, Customer Service, Sales, or Customer based on the issues and scope of the exposure.
b. Maintain documentation filings for order release
3) Collection activities. 60%
a. Execute routing follow up with customers for on time payment. This activity includes daily telephone call/Con call and emails to customers.
b. Collaborates with Sales Managers to determine best approach with customers for delinquency issues and future orders/billings. This activity includes weekly call and set up monthly regular meeting with sales or customers to understand the level of risk of uncollectible debt.
4) Ad hoc project or task as assigned 10%
a. Preparing reports includes AR aging reports and cash forecast report
b. Respond to audit inquiries and provide support
c. Any ad hoc job assigned
要求
1.Bachelor degree in finance/accounting/business administration Controlled
2.1+ years working experience in credit control and AR collection in MNCs is preferred.
3.Excel skills: V-look up , pivot table
4.Effective communication skills with strong data analytical ability
5.Basic VAT tax Knowledge
6.English requirement: workable written English
