工作内容
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Eaton Office
1.Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
2.Respond to public inquires
3.Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and customers
4.Facility PR/PO process in oracle system
5.Process invitation letter and visa application for employees
6.Office stationary, name card, drinking…etc ordering
7.Monthly facility payment preparation
8.Relevant activities supporting (annual dinner, company events, etc.)
9.Other upon requests from admin manager
