职位描述

岗位描述/Responsibilities

Responsible to support tasks related to research operations for ERS

Support of biology assay sourcing for projects and data integration

Support of operational tasks including sourcing of commercial collections of compounds, setting up sample logistics process, and managing specific sourcing requests

Support the management of logistics associated with sourcing activities from order to final delivery

Support generation of reports/metrics tracking for work being done at CROs, and spend reports by line/RU.

Support ERS initiatives or work with teams (internal and CRO) to enable workflow Can contribute independently to ERS initiatives; May receive input from team and/or manager as needed

要求：

Strong biology or biochemistry, at least BS, with 1-2 years experiences in biology or biochemistry would be preferred

Biology technical skills related to drug discovery

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English

Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization

Prior experience managing timelines and deliverables for key project or initiatives would be preferred

Strong computer skills, familiar with tools such as MS sharepoint/teams, Excel, MS applications
