职位：Pay Master（6个月短期）

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for processing payroll timely and accurately, providing resolution on payroll questions to employees, working closely with Human Resources on payroll-related matters and interacting closely with the accounting team to complete all closing related tasks and assisting with research and analysis as requested.

Primary Responsibilities

Process payroll calculation on a monthly basis in conjunction with HR.

To handle the regular changes in income tax calculation for employees

Review social benefit calculations from CIIC/Fesco and advise of changes

Process an accurate and efficient monthly payroll through HR system, preparation of final approval for each payroll

Complete the annual tax and statutory filings

Calculate yearly adjustment of social benefit base amount

Prepare bonus calculation, monthly accrual and yearly payment

Make monthly payroll slip for all expats

Run reports and prepare cost variance analysis for management reporting and to support the HR/Finance team on a monthly, yearly basis

Assist on payroll related forecast and budget

Make final settlement regarding employee’s departure

Ensure maintenance of appropriate supporting documentation such as contract and agreement

每月与人力资源部一起处理工资单计算

处理员工所得税计算的定期变化

审查CIIC/Fesco的社会福利计算，并提出变更建议

通过人力资源系统处理准确有效的月度工资单，为每个工资单准备最终批准

完成年度税务和法定备案

计算社会福利基数的年度调整

准备奖金计算、月度应计和年度支付

为所有外派人员制作每月工资单

运行报告并准备成本差异分析，用于管理报告，并每月、每年为人力资源/财务团队提供支持

协助工资相关的预测和预算

最终解决员工离职问题

确保维护适当的支持文件，如合同和协议

Knowledge and Experience

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of PRC payroll and payroll tax rules and regulations is compulsory

Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in Excel

Knowledge of Kindee payroll software is a plus
