工作地点：上海市浦东新区，芳甸路浦东嘉里城（地铁7号线直达）
合同一年短期，由中智负责外包合同签订，续约机会待定
岗位描述/ Brief description of service:
主要工作负责对内订单的处理
China Customer Service Specialist is accountable for quotation/order receiving/promising/entry to material delivery to invoicing & documentation for either direct customer orders or inter-company orders.
Responsibilities:
Order Management
SAP order entry and follow up for finished goods produced by OC Plants. Ensure deliveries are carried out in a timely manner.
Communicate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse team to resolve order related issues such as lack of stock, credit hold etc.
Communicate with distributor, freight forwarder and customers to meet their demand.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to reach assigned target (Invoice Accuracy, Delivery-To-Request, Order Fill Rate, and Service Claim). Take proactive actions to improve customer service level.
Execute OCV regional/global business guidelines and ensure the guidelines are adhering to at all times.
Back up to other Customer Service personnel.
Experience:
1. 1 year or above relevant experience in Customer Service or Logistics
2. Familiar with MS office package and SAP system
3. Good oral and written English (CET-4)
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Strong team work spirit
2. Self-discipline & Self-motivated
3. Good communication skills
4. Good computer skills : Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SAP systems.
5. Strong Problem Solving Ability
