Support with supplier qualification MSO to manage supplier qualification.

Follow up and handling supplier complaint & supplier change notification.

Coordinate, controlled issue and reconcile SOP and other quality documentations. Handle document creation, revision, review and approval of workflow in electronic document management system. Execute tasks timely and accurately to meet the documentation management requirements.

Support with QM module in GBS including Master Data Maintenance and QIR collection.

Maintain access control and folder structure in Share Room and QA Share Folder.

Controlled issue and reconcile label, logbook and cleaning records.

Archive and retrieve GMP documents.

人员要求：

本科及以上学历，生物制药、化学等相关专业必须

制药GMP相关1年左右经验，英语良好

Bachelor degree. Major in Biopharmaceutical Technology/Chemistry is preferred.

Coordinate and manage documents related to GMP within system and related training.

Timely complete task against agreed timeline.

Manage well the document access and folder structure.

Organize QA documents to meet GMP regulation requirements.

Experienced in using office application software (e.g. MS Word / Excel /PowerPoint).

Rapid learning ability, high level of energy and self-motivation.

Ability to work independently and well.

Good reading skill of English, basic writing/speak skill of English.

Have flexibility to work additional hours for projects/tasks

工作时间：周一至周五9:00-17:00

工作地点：上海市浦东新区张江办公楼
