服务描述/ Brief description of service:

1. " Responsible for the Logistics and monitoring of related shipments from various supply source to the respective warehouse, yard and compounding plants, cargo movement between toller, customer, as well as the monitoring of its associated custom declarations by the contracted 3rd party logistics provider.

2.  Coordinate cargoes claims/complaints related to inbound shipments and shipping liners (e.g. claims related to shortage and demurrages)

3.  Process vendor’s invoice and enter shipment cost in SAP as per agreed contractual term

4.  Preparing and tracking the cargo movement report for raw material ,  toller usage and contracted 3rd party logistics providers’ throughput performance  for sharing with internal stake holders and service providers

5.  Supply Chain related reporting , Inventory management and stock take on assign facilities

6.  Supports Supervisor and Manager as required, in all matters related to the operations of assigned region facilities. 

7.  The scope of the work is all marine transportation, inventory monitoring, contracted vendors’ billing settlement, and performances from SABIC facilities WITHIN an assigned region’s facilities WITH the objective of shipping to toller and customer in expected service level

Use of transactions like WEXX to monitor failed idocs, trigger re-processing of  idocs, manual actions that have failed irrecoverable errors during idoc processing

Knowledge of Master data that involves Customers, material Master, vendors, batches, inspection plan, Master inspection Characteristics (MIC)

Good Knowledge of transactional data like PI-Sheet, Testing Results, Audit Results, Usage Decision

Good Knowledge of Sales Order processing via EDI with well-known message types like Orders01..05

At least 3-5 years in Warehousing Management in SAP environment, understanding of logistics, manufacturing experience is a plus

Good written/oral communication skills 

Create KPI based reports as requested by the SABIC management

Should have a temperament of a coordinator/facilitator while interacting with colleagues from other regions
