职位描述

工作内容：
1、Work on a broad range of matters including compliance, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions (including merger controls), employment, intellectual property, litigation and technology and licensing.
2、 Assist the Partners develop new lines of work from existing and new clients whilst at the same time expand the practice through your own industry networks and marketing activities.
3、 Support Partners and Business Development team on legal write-up and research
4、 Responsible to stay current on China law, regulations and practices
5、Performs other duties as assigned or required.
岗位要求：
1、Graduate with from an accredited Foreign Law School and licensed to practice law
2、Minimum 2 years PQE gained from a reputable Law firm with corporate/commercial experience located outside of Mainland China
3、Strong English language skills, Chinese language skills helpful but not an absolute requirement
4、First class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach and awareness
5、Proven strong legal research and excellent drafting and communication skills
