上海浦东张江龙东大道（一周2天）
工作时间：周一至周五9:00 – 18:00

跨国德企招聘一名人事HR，主要负责区域HR员工关系的日常Operation操作与 一位HRBP的协助支持性工作，需在静安寺与浦东张江两办公点工作，静安寺每周3天，浦东张江每周2天。
工作内容包括：
1、协助员工入、转、调、离职流程，如材料收集、信息确认沟通、系统信息变更
2、协助劳动合同续签，试用期管理，绩效考核评估，员工手册签署等。
3、根据业务需求，制作人力资源报告及数据分析。
4、协助其他人力资源部相关的工作（新员工培训，加班/翻版信息收集，HRBP支持，会议支持等）。
1. Support the process of employee on-boarding such as on boarding document collection & local coordination.
2. Support the process of employee off-boarding such as notice, document collection, handover follow-up, issue necessary doc, leave reason summary report and etc.
3. Support process of personal change including connect with BIPeople/Central Operations team regarding local organization/employee database change.
4. Support other HR processes/central projects implementation in local/business such as Probation/Employment contract renew, MAG form collection and result input, Staff Handbook sign off, Picasso project and etc.
5. Support the reporting or data analysis upon local or business needs.
6. Support to answer employee inquiries related with HR policies & procedures, government regulations, internal systems etc. (to answer questions only at entrance level)
7. Other Ad Hoc works (NEO support, OT/Shift calculation, attendance management, HR BP admin support, internal & external meeting coordination etc.)
人员要求：
统招全日制本科及以上学历，1-2年人事相关工作经验，英语书面必须，口语能开口做自我介绍程度即可。
办公软件熟练，会使用Excel的vlookup、数据透视表功能，对于数据细心敏感
沟通良好思路清晰，做事有条理有逻辑性
1. Bachlor or above, with 1-2 years of HR relevant experience.
2. Good English skill.
3. Proficient excel & word skill
4. Excellent communication skill
5. Proactive attitude, client service oriented and good team work spirit
6. Acumen on data
7. Excellent logic thinking
