职位描述
Job Description:
Maintenance and support for Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense management systems (TnE & AP) as well as sourcing and procurement systems
Communication with User Community is part of the daily business
Your tasks foresee the proper documentation and compliant implementation of SAP based processes
Liaise with the Vendors, functional and technical IT teams and other stakeholders to provide proactive and business appropriate communication
You will work in an international environment within the IT Department
Striving for implementation of standards is one of your goals
Support in day2Day Operational Activities and projects
Experience:
Knowledge in the area of SAP FI, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba.
Experience participating in full-system implementation life-cycles (analyse, design, build, test, implement, support)
S/4 Hana know-how preferred
Demonstrated strong Service Management knowledge in key IT processes including: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Configuration Management and Knowledge Management
Demonstrated ability to overcome critical issues associated with operating within an IT function, including changing priorities.
Experience working in a global organization is required
Experience working in a virtual, international and multicultural environment.
Self-Learning agility

Ability to manage complex situations and prioritize against competing priorities
Good prioritization skills and time management
Open Mind Character with willingness to grow
Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English
