工作内容：

Budgeting & Forecasting:

The finance analyst will be responsible for quarterly forecasting, and annual business planning process for retail, including P&L, investment, stock, and headcount.

He or She will closely coordinate with ROM and collect inputs from the operational partners and be able to understand the business dynamics behind the financials.

He or She should perform variance analysis compared with prior year actuals or prior forecasting.

Controlling & Analysis:

Keep track of the retail performance and compare with the budget proposal to analyst the over/under spending factors for the whole P&L items. Meanwhile identify the risks and opportunities and work with operation team to manage them.

Take responsible of regular analysis report. For example, weekly sales report, monthly retail performance report, etc.

应聘条件：

--Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;

--Good command of China Accounting Standard 

--2-3 years working experience in similar role at a MNC 

--Experience in SAP / BPC highly appreciated 

--Proactive with good communication skills 

--Strong analytical skills 

--Good command of English 

--Excellent PC skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint 

--Highly motivated 

--Positive to challenging environment 

--Quick learning; can work under pressure.
