工作内容
考虑到每个国家的文化差异，为公司提供亚太地区的收款和催款服务
应收账款处理
处理资不抵债客户和协调外部服务提供商的司法收集程序
编制与团队任务相关的纵向和横向报告，以支持管理过程
参与与团队任务相关的跨部门项目
详细说明与相关或不相关的流程改进
处理支付给客户和合作伙伴的奖金、超额支付等款项
Collection and dunning for APAC for the Company Account taking into account the cultural differences in each country
Processing of accounts receivable accounting
Processing of insolvent customers and coordination of external service provider regarding judicial collection processes
Preparation of vertical and horizontal reportings with regards to the team tasks to support management processes
Participation in cross-divisional projects with relevance for the team tasks
Elaboration of process improvements with and without IT-relevance
Processing of outgoing payments to customers and partners regarding bonuses, rebates, overpayments, etc.
应聘条件
1、 本科及以上学历；
2、 1-3年相关工作经历；
3、 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；
4、 具备良好的沟通能力，出色的组织能力，高度的积极性。
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
Good skills, demonstrating diplomacy, tact, good negotiation, coordination skills combined with a storng assertivenes
Ability to research, analyse and interpret information
Interpersonal skills & the ability to build relationships with the commitment to operate cross-organisational (excellent team player)
Ability to inspire trust & confidence with both customers and colleagues
Ability to manage complex operations, processes & multiple assignments
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to successfully interact with internal/external partners
Written & verbal fluency in English and Mandarin. Additional APAClanguages are welcome
Competent uses of work flow and finance systems
上/下班时间：9：00-18：00，做五休二
