工作描述/ Brief description of service:

General Summary

A Contingent Chemist to conduct routine lab work with standard SOP, support senior researcher to do formula development, lab sample preparation and lab evaluation.

1.    Implementation of lab testing and writing the report following up standard SOP; testing method development based on the project or customer requirements.

2.    Support senior researchers to conduct lab work: including but not limited to formula development, lab batch sample preparation, Specification and stability tracking.

3.    With help from senior researcher to identify customer’s requirements and find suitable product/program to address issues.

4.    Support field tests of experimental products and/or new products

5.    Support Safety Champion to track and monitor chemical inventory and keep good 5S of lab.

1.实验室测试的实施和标准作业程序报告的编写；基于项目或客户要求的测试方法开发。 

2.支持高级研究人员开展实验室工作：包括但不限于配方开发、实验室批量样品制备、规格和稳定性跟踪。 

3.在高级研究员的帮助下，确定客户的需求，并找到合适的产品/方案来解决问题。 

4.支持试验产品和/或新产品的现场试验 

5.支持安全员跟踪监控化学品库存，做好实验室5S工作。 

技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1.    Good lab experimental skill, implementation of general linen test, capable to design test method according to the requirements.

2.    Ensure all research/testing activity are performed in a manner that conforms Ecolab policies and ethics. Follow lab safety and 5S rules.

3.    Able to effectively work with multifunctional teams – different group, country, regionally and globally based.

4.    Good communication skill with company internal team.

5.    Working experience in technical support or R&D work in chemical industry segment. Chemical or Food Industry is preferred.

6.    Open minded team player, also self-motivator

7.    PC skills: E-mail, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, etc. 

8.    English skill: Good English speaking and writing.

9.    Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Biological or a related technical discipline. 

10.  Fresh or >1 year working experience

2.确保所有的研究/测试活动以符合生态实验室政策和道德规范的方式进行。遵守实验室安全和5S规则

3.能够与多功能团队有效合作，包括不同的团队、国家、地区和全球团队 

4.良好的公司内部沟通能力

5.化工行业技术支持或研发工作经验。化工或食品工业优先

6.开朗的团队精神，自我激励 

7.PC技能

8.英语能力：良好的英语听说读写能力

9.化学、高分子或相关技术专业本科或硕士学位

10.工作经验不限，欢迎优秀应届生
