服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Be strong in specific indirect goods and/or service purchasing area,  and be able to lead  commodities sourcing and solve problems in sourcing as a buyer;

-         Be able to conduct cost analysis and reduction with appropriate tools and approaches. 

-         Apply knowledge of supplier market, legal terms, Incoterms, and taxes to daily sourcing works. 

-         Form the constructive working relationship across functions, organizations, and suppliers. Global thinking, regional work.     

-         Be able to work to under pressure, and be aware of priorities and management focus setting in the situation with effective action plan.

-         Communicate clearly across the organizations, highlight the rationales and benefits of the statements which address concerns and objections.

-         Negotiate skilfully in different situation with both internal and external groups 

-         Tackle problems and find solutions quickly and efficiently, evaluate each candidate's problem-solving abilities before making a decision

-         Be familiar with the process and fulfill the task in an efficient way.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Bachelor degree or above with engineering/supplier chain/commercial management background;

        Minimum 2 year indirect goods and/or service purchasing experience in automotive domain,  and decent knowledge, skills and knowhow in indirect purchasing specific areas.

        Understanding generic sourcing process,

        Good English both spoken and in writing, can deliver messages clearly across organizations and disciplines.  

        Good at presentation skills, be able to control the timing and theme during the presentation, draw attention from participants continuously.

        Having experience in conflict management, understanding situations quickly and find the most critical points for the settlement   

        Having good communication with stakeholders and setting up supplier development plan with cross functional teams.  

        Proficient in using SRM concept and cost analysis in daily work. Able to influence and change the supplier mindset and thinking. Able to conduct supplier prequalification and performance periodical reviews.

        Task orientated in line with appropriate values.

       Knowledge of  project management, the current, possible future practices, trends, information affecting the business and organization.
