职位描述

服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Responsible for stewarding and administering vendor contracts and/or orders to ensure uninterrupted goods/service delivery to buyers and compliance with controls. Responsible for researching and analyzing existing contracts and making recommendations on various issues. Monitors and manages contract expiration dates.


       Create Requisition in ERP systems on behalf of Clients upon request (with proper supporting documents) 
       Advise clients on information required for an effective requisition
       Create GR/SES and accept SES in ERP systems on behalf of Clients (with proper supporting documents)
       Maintain all documents for audit purpose
       Comply with control requirements of requisition and GR/SES and any other Company controls requirements such as Company’s System of Management Controls (SMC), Delegation of Authority guide (DOAG), CIMS guideline, local regulations, and hand book (if any).
       Troubleshooting of requisitions & GR/SES
       Work with Suppliers, Payables and Clients to troubleshoot Requisitions/GR/SES when issues arise
       Follow up on progress of requisition with Acquisition Team
       Administer any other PTP related activities for example, LVPO creation, accrual, JV reclassification etc.


服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
1. Procurement background
2. SAP experience
3. English speaking and writing skill is good


       Knowledge of PtP Process including ERP and CDMS system experience
       Good communication and interpersonal skills
       Attention to details and meticulous
       Sensitive to Process and Control requirements


Pre-Requisites
       at least 1 year Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) / SAP Requistioning/SES experience 
       Experience in Customer Service 
       Experience in CDMS administration, Payables operations will be an advantage
       Business confident in English language


Good excel skill and business writing capability
