职位描述

服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Responsibility

1. Manage the facility design activities in terms of factory requirements at preliminary phase of footprint project;

2. Interact with factory team for specifications study/verifications/finalization;

3. Strongly on-site construction management by daily basis at each element of the construction phase, things like timing control, cost control, quality/HSE management, change management;

4. Manage suppliers, Jianli/Design houses/3rd party management company, etc during the construction;

5. Channel relocation/moving support to the factory/central team;

6. Driving the construction package and commitment to the deliverables on time.

1.根据工厂蓝图，初步建设的要求，管理整个设施设备的设计内容;

2.与工厂团队进行细节研究商讨，验证及定稿;

3.严格控制管理工程的每个阶段，包括成本、施工周期、施工质量、应急对应及其他;

4.供应商管理;

5.支持整个工厂及中心团队的搬迁工作;

6.推动施工方案实施，按时交付。

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1.Over 8 years on project management.

2.Civil construction experience of industrial building is mandatory.

3.Good communication in both Chinese and English

4.Result driven, deliver on commitment, strong accountability

5.Can work under pressure within a complex organization

1. 8年以上项目管理经验

2. 必须具备土建项目经验;

3. 具有一定英语书面能力以及简单口语沟通能力

4. 良好的沟通和责任心;

服务公司背景：知名瑞士制造型企业，主要业务为轴承方面。嘉定有自己的大型工厂。

上/下班时间：8:30 -- 17:00
