职位描述
薪资：税前9000*13+bonus
福利：节日慰问福利（中智俱乐部）；
一年6天标准的带薪病假；

工作内容：
1. High quality support on HR projects and learning dashboards
-Manage the communication and follow up of the leaders as teachers program, performance development campaign, employee engagement survey and training needs analysis process.
- Monthly track and monitor of dashboards and learning budget to ensure right time PO, payment and right amount allocation at right time
- on site support and co-facilitate with the learning manager to insure the training delivery smoothly happen
2. Assistant learning partner on the TNA process
- Prepare & consolidate TNA guideline (PPT),database, catalogue, calendar, TNA guideline and etc.
- Assistant program owner to fill-in and update all data in unity accurately
3. Support on learning activities including new learning tools or communication development
- monthly learning calendar / social learning animation / wechat sign in / e-learning and etc.
应聘条件：
- College degree or above with 3 – 5 year working experience preferred in training agency or in-house learning team or PR event company
- Master in excel, PPT and etc. office tool
- Can expressed in both oral and written English
- Open mind, want to learn new things and willing to take challenge
- Confidence in public speaking, proximity to the people
- Conscientious, detailed oriented, can master complex with small details
- Team worker and interpersonal communication skill
- good skill in photo shooting, video making is a plus
- Major in marketing, communication is a plus
- High data sensitivity and good at data analysis
