工作内容

1. Manage booth design, logistics and internal process for key marketing events

2. Manage compliance approval and payment process of all marketing events & faculty contracts 

3. Coordinate the planning and logistics of internal meetings 

4. Track marketing expenses, and issue monthly and annual reports

5. Manage marketing collaterals and tools, including and not limited to brochures, posters, brand reminders, and samples 

6. Lead the creation of internal communication newsletter

7. Support marketing initiatives

应聘条件

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. 1 years+ in related working experience

3. Independent and effective, with teamwork attitude

4. Well-organized, detail-oriented, excellent planning and problem solving skills

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

7. Good English communication skills
