Position: CRM Specialist - 合同五个月

要求：本科，英文熟练，学习能力强，精通数据处理分析，CRM经验加分，欢迎2019年优秀毕业生

Key duties include:

CRM data quality — correct, standardise and verify data stored within the CRM system:

o Profiling — inspect data for errors, inconsistencies, redundancies and incomplete information;

o Cleansing - de-duplication and verification of information from a variety of disparate sources;

o Monitoring — check and control data integrity over time; and

o Data Augmentation — enhance data using information from multiple data sources including liaising with Executive Assistants to ensure the latest information is available in the CRM system.

Data Protection – ensure global data protection policies are followed to ensure firm wide compliance.

Data standards — maintain existing controlled vocabulary/taxonomies.

Marketing mailings support:

o Develop mailing campaigns within our CRM system based on a brief from the mailing owner, including type of initiative, target audience, deadline and content;

o Ensure all marketing material produced conforms to the firm’s brand guidelines;

o Work closely with requestors through each stage of the end-to-end mailing/marketing campaign process including:

§ Email and landing page creation;

§ Mailing list approval;

§ Test mail approval;

§ Sending mailings; and

§ Reporting of key metrics such as viewership, click-to-open rates, event acceptance rates and bounce-back analysis to support ROI analysis

CRM system support:

o Key contributor to delivery of the support services for the CRM system in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs;

o Supporting the data quality management queue process; and

o Delivery of processes and compliance in adhering to the agreed processes.

Experience support:

o Interrogate the CRM system and provide reporting of the firm’s experience or matter information to front office BD when requested.
