工作内容

Ocean transport

       Operational planning and execution of intermodal (Trucking, Consolidation Centre etc.):

o       Short/Long term forecast and booking process execution;

o       TMS system operation;

o       Closely monitor transport process according to SOP;

o       Exception handling if any transport deviation or premium transport requested;

       Communicate with other central functions, local plant teams and LSPs;

       Clarify problems with transport orders generated or confirmed by suppliers or SCC;

       Support to verify LSP billing report;

Road transport

       Responsible from order management mainly from transport order(named ‘TO’ in below) generation till load confirmation by carrier

       Main contact window for material supplier and receiving plants for order processing and transport scheduling

       Work with VISTA scheduling & TM scheduling pool

       Work with IBL APAC tactical planning team(named ‘TP’ in below) for new material supplier implementation

       Shall record confirmed carrier extra cost claim in defined template

       Responsible for monthly billing check

应聘条件

       Minimum Bachelor level university degree, preferably with major in logistics or similar experience;

       Proven knowledge and experience of transportation handling, preferably from automotive inbound logistics, freight forwarding, transport documentation and export/import requirements;

       Good English language skills 

       Good communication skills

       Motivated team player
