工作内容：

所属采购团队近30人，本岗位为Senior级别，是一个需要独立工作的role，

主要负责生物制药公司的4个厂房（上海2个，泰州1个，南昌1个）及各地办公室项目的新建、扩建、改建采购支持。

具体涉及:

1)新建：土建、涉及公司、找服务商报批、施工设计、室内装修、设备采购等；

2)改建扩建：设计公司、装修公司、办公室改建等

Basic purpose of the position：

Develop category strategy for medium spend/complexity categories understanding internal demand with focus on adding value on business partnering, looking for the best supply strategy and best cost/benefit.

Be connected to external market on his categories looking for new vendors, innovation and new opportunities always comply with local and international SOPs.

Responsible for Supplier Management within respective categories

Activities:

Setup category strategy

Negotiation (price, lead time, payment terms, etc.)

Track market index vs supplier agreements

Contract's negotiation

Supplier Management

Ensure compliance within BI SOPs

Ensure Purchasing Process

Ensure goal achievements

Position tasks and responsibilities:

a) Generate Savings via projects or spot negotiation, as well as challenge standard negotiation process identifying new opportunities and implementing actions that add value to BI

b) Ensure purchasing involvement

c) Ensure auditability in all purchasing process as well as adhere to Purchasing SOP

d) Ensure proper support to business partner even in a very short lead time (urgencies)

e) Ensure Supplier Management process in the respective categories

f) Share experience and expertize within Purchasing organization

g) Attend local and international meetings/projects

人员要求：

本科及以上学历，至少3-4年的经验，接触过类似项目采购经验的优先，土建或设计公司采购经验的也可考虑

团队中有外籍同事，需要英语书面及口语都ok

视项目情况或有短途出差（南昌/泰州）

Bachelor Degree or above,

3-5 years experience in purchasing, experience in project management,

Fluent in English &Chinese

Strong communication skills

Strong purchasing knowledge cross-categories

Good at Microsoft Word &PPT &Excel

GxP knowledge
