上班时间：周一至周五，9:30-18:30

工作内容

Carry out activities linked to a specific area of human resources according to the local level HR organization (sourcing and campus management, HR communication, management change projects, etc.).

- Carry out tasks in accordance with values, in particular in terms of diversity and disabilities.

- Participate in recruitment activities in order to attract and select, to implement the FIT program and to build close relationships with associates and identify potential.

- Collect and summarize data and carry out reports on HR performance indicators (KPIs [Key Performance Indicators], workforce monitoring, payroll, budget monitoring, etc.).

- HR system / reports update / Organization chart update

- 3rd party employees and outsourced employees’ daily administrative management and coordination.

- Newcomer on-board preparation (e.g. f/u photo, medical check-up arrangement etc.)

- Training course registration.

应聘条件

- 1~3 years HR working experience

- Bachelor degree or above 

- Good communication skills

- Good Excel skills

- Fluent in English
