上班地点：2号线淞虹路至公司，提供短驳车

工作时间：9:00-17:30周一-周五

主要负责出口订单，合同先和中智签订, 有机会转客户正编

Essential Function 

Overall management of function activities

1.    Sample Order Processing operation

2.    Replenishment Order Processing

3.    Sales Order Processing （alternative）

4.    Handle customers inquiries and work with responsible parties professionally to meet customers requirements      　

Coodination with Local Operational Organaization

1.    Coordinate with Sales-force and BD / Technical / Marketing / etc. for the sample managerment        report for sample in and out

2.    Support Sales-force and local SCM on material planning   Inventory as of sales in percentage

3.    Coordinate with credit management and local finance on customer payment related issues if needed        　

Interaction and interface with other departments

1.    System maintenance (customer/ material related database efficiency and accountability)     Master data accuracy

2.    Coordinate with Legal / QM / QA / etc. for documentation support 　

Required Education and Business Experience

Education:Bachelar Degree, CET 4 minimum   　    　    　    　    　    　

Business experience: Min 1 year of Customer service related experience and background                                 

Experience: Order fulfilment process, Customer Focus                             

Additional Qualifications: Excellent communication skills,  Customer-oriented mindset, Fluent in English and Mandarin, SAP knowledge preferred
