工作内容

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The purpose of the Temp Order Book Fulfillment Specialist is to support the company’s goal of being the preferred partner by providing superior supports to customers in 4 channels

Key Responsibilities: 

Process  defective return orders for all customers(both WS & OR), make sure all the customers return can be process in a timely manners

Process order transfer for all customers(both WS & OR), make sure all the orders can ship out and meet customers request delivery date.

Adjust customers sales order according to addendum, make sure the order book updated timely and correctly.

Place manual orders, make sure all the orders input in system timely and correctly.

Provide the sales orders report to related departments

Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access

Fluency in both oral and written English

Outstanding communication skills

Proactive, energetic, warm and enthusiastic

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

College diploma or higher

1 to 3 years working experience in SCM related dept.
