会计凭证归档

检查费用报告准确性

供应商费用审核相关的应付会计工作

月度关账协助支持

内外部审计协助

财务总监和财务经理分配的其他临时助理工作

1. Accounting document filing

2. Check arithmetic accuracy of the expense reports, and problem solving

3. 3-rd party vendor invoices review and accounting

4. Routing job involved in monthly closing

5. Supporting to kinds of audits (including the coming ACP testing, external or internal audit)

6. Other cashier and AP daily works

7. Other ad-hoc assistant work assigned by China Finance controller and Finance Manager

人员要求：

大专及以上学历，财务/会计或其他相关专业

1-2年相关财务经验

英语书面能力必须，口语能简单开口即可（如：问候或简短自我介绍等）

具备责任心和执行力，沟通佳，熟练运用Excel，以及财务软件使用经验

1. College or Bachelor degree, major in accounting, Finance or related profession ()

2. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Finance & Accounting department

3. Good responsibility and executing capability

4. Good at communication , both Oral and written , and team work.

5. Ability to work under hard workload pressure and quick self-learning skills.

6. Experience with Excel and finance ERP systems

7. Experienced with foreign company preferred and must speak and write English.

工作时间：周一至周五9:00-18:00
