服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Department: Human Resources

Routine Jobs:

- Responsible to handle staff profile management. Update and filing for staff movement, in, out, transfer on monthly base and make sure all staff profile complete and valid.

- Be responsible for staff contract management and deeply follow up. Work with BP to make sure all staff with valid contract.

- Support to collect and update store staff banks information. 

- Be responsible for staff discount card application and delivery.

- Support to prepare and deliver the C&B related certification upon staff requirement in time.

- LVMH Talent updates timely and makes sure all info. Complete and correct.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree, +2years of relevant HR working experience

- Experience in C&B is a plus

- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and execution skill

- Good team work spirit
