工作内容

1. Responsible for individual workshop VIDA user administration, build up, maintain related policy, process and guidelines to the most updated status.

2. Responsible for individual workshop special tools communication.

3. Helpdesk for technical related service product related issues and to inform dealers about changes, news and updates.

4. Responsible for service product review and maintain SPRs according to policy & guidelines.

5. Responsible to organize individual workshop meetings within job scope.

6. Establish and maintain communication between VCC/CMQ and dealers/ individual workshops via e-systems and other tools. 

7. Provide VIDA and other related service product helpdesk training for new individual workshop.

8. Initiate, execute and follow up activities as required to ensure that key responsibilities are meet.

9. Other assigned tasks

应聘条件

1. At least 3 years of experience in the automotive field.  

2. Must have general understanding of customer service business.

3. Preferably experience of dealer network management in related area.

4. English skills: Verbal and written.

5. PC skills: Good with: Words, XLS, PPT and WEB based applications.

6. Communication and interpersonal skills: Willing to initiate communications and able to express and accept opinions in a professional way.
