工作内容：

因公司内部特殊项目情况，本岗位暂定为1年期，到期后视情况再定，适用于缺乏外企相关经验，累积相关履历作为跳板平台的人选（应届或成熟人群）

具体负责：

1）50%的工作内容：辅助供应链客服团队，包括基础系统操作，数据支持及部分助理的工作。汇报给CS & Supply Chain Mgr. 

Works closely with customers and related functional areas on delivery and payment arrangement to prevent unnecessary pile-up of stock.

Handles administrative complaints promptly to provide satisfactory explanation and corrective actions to customers. 

Assists in sales forecasting of backorders to facilitate the monitoring of sales target achievement.

Advises customer about shipping status and related documents to ensure that customers are well informed of the delivery status.

Coordinates with related functions or importer assigned by customer to arrange delivery of physical goods and related documents such as invoice, packing list etc. to customer on time according to customer’s requirement.

Coordinates with business team or customer to arrange goods return and follow up on the issue of credit note after receiving inspection

Handles and monitors supply orders for components and Subcontracted operations and other supplies according to business needs.

2）50%的工作内容：对外培训，一个月3-4次，为企业外部客户提供培训，组织跟进及反馈汇总等。异地汇报给Training Supervisor

1. Support basic operation, on-site training preparation, quality monitoring and feedback.                               

2. Open courses and custonized training, from demand reserch to project landing.                                                                                                           

3. Direct contact and coordination with dealers, end customers, collect customer needs, facilitating internal communication and collecting business information

办公地点位于嘉定，工作时间周一至周五8:00-16:30，全市范围有班车接送

人员要求：

本科及以上学历，经验不限，内外沟通能力良好，协调能力佳，英语至少书面ok

接受嘉定办公，可考虑一年期项目制合同
