服务描述/ Brief description of service: 

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The APAC Corporate Communication team manages adidas reputation in APAC internally and externally.  The Specialist is to provide the APAC/GCA Director and the whole team based in Shanghai with administrative support and team support in event management.

Key Responsibilities: 

Administrative support

      Work closely with Legal, Finance and colleagues within the Corporate Communications Team to ensure timely project approval and payment - tendering, contracts, quotations, requisition forms, good receipt forms, product orders, etc.

      Track project budget status and provide regular updates.

      Work closely with vendors to ensure their information as required by Finance are most up-to-date.

      Support the APAC/GCA Director in calendar management, team meeting.

Event Support

      Provide coordination support for corporate events such as employee meetings, CNY gala dinners and Logistics Forum as well as HR assignments such as HR communications and HR-related videos.

      Support the CSR programs and union programs. This includes a) coordination for meetings, proposals, events and reports; b) communications for staff engagement; c) product order; d) event management; e) and other types of program support where needed.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

      At least 1 yr working experience, FMCG or retail industry preferred, but not mandatory.   

      Solid experience in admin work.  

      Open, easy-going, happy to reach out other people and networking

      Strong in MS office applications.

      Good language skill in English and Chinese
