工作内容

The CSR is the primary contacts to the customer. All activities are to be executed in an efficient and friendly manner to the satisfaction of our customer.

1. Timely and accurately process customer’s orders , follow by the operation of outbound and distribution;

2. Work with finance closely to manage the process of Order-to-cash;

3. Support Sales and Marketing team to implement business activities, such as promotion, new product launch etc.

4. Work with operational departments to execute multiple management activities;

5. Administrate the process of stock returns, product phase-out etc. ;

6. Generate regular reports on service activity in the region.

应聘条件

1. With Bachelor degree

2. Prefer to have experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Logistics;

3. Proactive and clear-minded;

4. Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken.

5. Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel.
