Purpose / Mission

? Manage franchise store merchandising planning, buying in determining store OTB, store clusters, category mix, article selection, article depth, and timely providing sales analysis, trading/fashion trend recommendation to support the business

? Play a role to drive brand share, business growth

Accountabilities

Pre-Season Merchandise Planning:

? To develop buy plan (OTB) by store type (what to buy, how much, etc.), according to buying strategy, top down guidance

? Develop seasonal by store level buying assortment and depth base on given range and guidance from line manager, to support ambitious MPSA growth and expanding of BLR.

? Conduct historical analysis in terms of buying structure and provide proposals for pre-season buying structures at cluster level

? Based on existing analysis model to provide detailed analysis on the article level to identify key drivers for top selling articles, as well as slow moving articles

In-Season Merchandising Execution:

? Provide in season performance tracking reports

? Provide analysis to develop mark down strategy and support markdown and clearance process

Post-Season Review:

? Provide analysis and documentation for post-season review

? Provide seasonal deep dive analysis

Professional background / Experience

? Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in merchandising planning/buying function

? Prefer good presentation and PPT skills

? Good communication skills

? Good understanding of retail business

? Strong PC skills

? University Degree

? High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products and databases

Language skills

? English skills is a must to read, write and communicate effectively
