上班地点：静安区恒丰路436号环智国际大厦（12/13/1号线汉中路地铁站出站500米）

上/下班时间：周一至周五9:00-18:00

工作内容：

本岗位为短期半年派驻，到期由中智二次推荐安排，适用于考虑半年过渡期的人选

具体负责：

与客户沟通联络，确定客户订单所需产品并跟进订单进度

统计记录表格等相关信息

1. Deal directly with customers by telephone or electronically.

2. Process orders, forms, applications and requests.

3. Follow up orders to make sure it can be implemented smoothly.

4. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to serve customers better.

5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

6. Handle and resolve customer complaints.

7. Support to deliver Sales Revenue on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis.

8. Support to achieve Asia OTIF / Past Dues at 95%

9. Improve Customer Service KPIs - Improve on the accuracy of order processing / reduce credit note and cancellation order due to CS negligence.

10. Responsible for receiving and processing Sales orders according to company authorized procedure, authority and SOD standard operation guideline.

11. Responsible for following up open orders to meet customer delivery request

12. Responsible for coordinating with cross functions to better respond to customer's inquiries, complaints or resolve issues.

应聘条件：

销售部门助理或销售订单管理等相关支持性经验

英语书面可，口语简单沟通

Excel数据统计分析等office技能常用

1. Experiences of Sales Order management and Customer / Sales support.

2. Experiences of ERP Sales module user.

3. Good communication skills both in Mandarin and English

4. Proficient in microsoft office applications.

5. Strong data analysis is preferred.

6. Independent and good team player
