工作职责：

? Consolidate sales data and prepare standard sales reports.

? Expenses daily operation, including expenses settle and accrual in PRO

- boutique vendors expenses payments

- office supply vendors expenses payments

- non-selling expenses payments

- uniform expenses payments

? Uniform daily operation, including:

- regular and urgent dispatch to boutiques

- uniform survey

- uniform return

- consumption analysis

? Non-selling daily operation, including:

- regular and urgent dispatch to boutiques

- consumption analysis

? Travel daily operation, including

- monitor the flight booking

- hotel booking

- transportation arrangement

- travel record and summary

? Provide effective support on boutique new opening and renovation, including secondment arrangement, non-selling goods preparation, on-site support, etc.

? Provide effective support and coordination on all kinds of trainings, meetings and events per request, including annual party, staff sales, annual award, boutique events, etc.

? Provide effective support on retail team daily administration work.

工作时间：9:30-18:30，周末双休
