工作描述/ Brief description of service:

Position Summary:

Responsible for talent acquisition for Strategic Marketing, Product Management and overall engineering function including but are not limited to R&D and manufacturing engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Effectively source candidates for the opening positions through various channels, based on the good understanding of business need and job profile;

2. Screen the resumes, select the potential candidates, conduct interviews and recommend the suitable candidates to hiring manager;

3. Coordinate the interview process for hiring manager, HR Business Partner and other stakeholder, provide suggestion on the hiring decision, negotiate the offer, conduct the background check when needed;

4. Build up employment branding in industry engineering community based on SKF “knowledge Engineering” brand in its product;

5. Identify and develop the effective recruitment channels, build up and maintain good relationship with the channels, keep track on channels’ performance;

6. Work together with HR peers on improving existing working process and procedures.

技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. 2-3 years recruitment experience in-house or in searching firm, focusing on R&D or manufactory preferred;

3. Familiar with recruitment process;

4. Passionate for sourcing, attracting and acquiring talent;

5. Accountable, self motivated, good team spirit, can work independently and efficiently under pressure;

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

7. Good command of English.

要求：本科或以上学历，英文书面熟练，数据表格熟练（如图表、Vlookup）

经验背景：熟悉招聘流程，3-5年外企研发或制造行业招聘经验优先，同时接受1-2年相关招聘/猎头工作经验及优秀应届毕业生

备注：

该职位于今年9月前在市中心上班，9月后总部搬迁至嘉定园区上班（全市提供班车）
