服务描述/ Brief description of service:

1. Daily and Monthly Responsibility

1) Review and understand the lease terms by reading the contract signed and communication with other related depts. including legal and real estate

2) Prepare payment booking in SAP upon lease terms signed with landlord and verify the payment notice from landlord against the contracts to ensure the payment is timely get paid and bookkeeping is accurate

3) Prepare CF forecast of rent expenses

4) Keep efficient communication with both internal (Real estate) and external(landlord) stakeholders

5) Support the internal/external audit

6) Book the goods invoice timely and accurately in SAP

1.日、月职责

1）通过阅读签订的合同，与其他相关部门沟通，对租赁条款进行审查和理解。包括法律和房地产

2）根据与业主签订的租赁条款，在SAP中编制付款记账，并根据合同核对业主的付款通知，确保付款及时得到支付，记账准确。

3）编制租金费用的现金流量预测

4）与内部（房地产）和外部（房东）利益相关者保持有效沟通。

5）支持内部/外部审计

6）及时准确地在SAP中登记货物发票

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

2. 3+ years accounting/finance experience, preference for experience at retail company

3. Accountable and responsible, good communication and team spirit, can work under pressure;

4. Basic English skill both in oral & written;

5. Good at office software such as excel, word, etc.

6. Sufficient experience of SAP.

1.会计或金融学士学位

2.3年以上会计/财务经验，有零售公司工作经验者优先。

3.责任心强，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能承受工作压力；

4.基本的英语口语和书面表达能力；

5.熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件。

6.有足够的SAP经验。
