On Boarding

1、Send welcome email after offer accepted；

2、Collect individual returned documents, and print out before onboarding date；

3、Prepare Contract, print out and chopped；

4、Prepare individual P-file folder；

5、Support orientation, like lunch booking, meeting room, etc ；

6、Facilitate document signing session on orientation day；

7、Validate P-file/signature completancy and verify documents；

8、Handover to P-file team；

9、Follow up missing P-file and return chopped contract；

10、Draft NEW HIRE announcement Remote

Separation

Prepare separation certificate and deliver劳动手册；

Employee Verification

Generate letters and chop, e.g. employment certificate, income certificate；

Contract Renewal-Regular

1、Prepare Contract, print out and chop；

2、Coordinate contract signing with employee；

3、Collect paper documents of contract, handover to P-file team；

One-time Support-Contract Renewal

1、Prepare Contract, print out and chop ( for contract end 6/30, 12/31) ；

2、Coordination of contract signing；

3、Collect paper documents of contract, handover to P-file team；

要求：能英文环境工作，海归学历背景佳，1~2年HR相关工作经验或者有HR实习经验者，年轻，有活力，愿意接受新事物，具有流畅的沟通表达能力及进取心。
