职位/Position: Learning Operation

上/下班时间：8:00-16:30周一-周五

工作地点/Address: 上海市嘉定园汽路 ，后门在园福路

福利：13薪，提供班车、全额五险一金+补充商业保险

工作描述/ Brief description of service:

Job Responsibilities:

1) Training & Learning solutions & platform operation:

? College courses organization and implementation (training registration, invitation, coordination, training record, training evaluation form and report analysis, cost center charging & billing, vendor contracting & management, etc.)

? Online learning platform management (designing e-learning course, registration, reporting & analysis, etc.)

? College/RMI/DD training data integration (training attendance, evaluation, training hour, trainer evaluation, monthly report, etc.)

2) Propose & define new ideas and approach (digitalized means, etc.) to optimize operation process, system & tool to maximize the operation and implementation effectiveness and efficiency

3) Act as coordinator to support other team projects, eg. performance management, talent review, leadership development, etc.

技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

? Minimum Bachelor degree in all discipline or Human Resources is preferred

? 1-3 years HR experience, prefer with Learning & Development function

? Very good communication and problem solving skill

? High accountability and responsibility to deliver high quality result

? Enthusiasm for learning and people development topics and willing to support others development and growth

? Good learning agility to learn new things quickly and adapt to change, have strong willingness for self continuously learning and self development
