工作内容

1． Specification review with team together and give comments to team, join the discussion for the project estimate – timeline, technology, cost etc.

? 和项目小组一起审阅规格书， 提供对规格书的看法， 参予产品评估讨论，-- 研发周期，成本及技术方面的讨论。

? Assist design engineer to complete the breadboard building, testing and data collection

? 协助工程师完成面包板制作及测试， 数据整理及分析等。

? Assist design engineer, component engineer, and warehouse prepare the material for EVT samples building, proto building support, work with DVT people for test fixture building, equipment setup and test specification creation.

? 协助工程师， 零件工程师，仓库管理等相关人员进行EVT样品备料， 协助样品制作人员完成EVT 样品制作， 与DVT相关人员确定并准备测试治具购买， 测试设备准备， 测试规格制定等制

? Assist design engineer to complete the EVT test, bench work, EMI, thermal, EMC etc.

? 协助工程师完成EVT 测试， EMI, 热， EMC, 功能等

? Support design engineer, mechanical engineer, documentation engineer and component engineer for BOM creation, material cost estimate, labor cost estimate, new parts qualification and AVL process, work with manufacture engineering for DFM estimate etc.

? 协助工程师完成BOM制作， 材料成本评估，人工成本评估， 新材料认证及新供应商认证流程以及可生产性评估等。

? Support manufacture to complete first pilot run, data collection, analysis and DFM improvement solution based on P1 building.

? 协助工厂完成首次小批量生产， 收集试产数据并加以分析， 可生产性验证评估及改善建议

? Assist engineer to complete the DVT, safety test , DVT report creation and EMC, HALT outside certification,

? 协助工程师完成DVT， 安规测试， DVT 报告整理， EMC认证等

? Support engineer to compete the design change based on P1, P2

? 协助工程师完成设计变更。

? Documentation creating and release, drive the ECN signoff process

? 设计文件制作， 及发行，

? Support the engineering team in analysis and troubleshooting of various power circuits and assemblies.

? 协助工厂生产工程师不良分析

? Travel to manufacture in case technologies /engineering required for products pilot run, RMA etc.

? 如有需要， 需前往工厂出差

? Travel to customer in case sales/marketing need for new products introduction /or failure analysis.

? 如有需要， 需前往客户出差

应聘条件

1. Technical+ 4 years experience switching power supply design, test or manufacture related .

? 中专 4年以上开关电源设计，测试或生产相关经验

? College+ 2 years experience switching power supply design, test or manufacture related.

? 大学专科2年以上开关电源设计，测试或生产相关经验

? Bachelor+ 1 year experience switching power supply design, test or manufacture related.

? 大学本科1年以上开关电源设计，测试或生产相关经验

? Knowledge of artificial circuit, electrical technology, Understand switching power supply specification, fundamental, test method well,

? 熟悉模拟电路原理， 电子技术基础， 理解开关电源规格， 基本原理及测试方法

? Good hands-on experience.

? 良好的动手能力

? Strong capability of the design tools application like pads, Mathcad, office (words, excel etc.)

? 良好的设计工具应用能力

? Good verbal and written technical communication skills (specifications, technical writing, theory). Good team work and cooperation.

? 良好的表达及书写能力， 及沟通技能， 较强的团队合作精神

? Good English reading, written.

? 英文读写， 可以阅读英文资料及简单的书写， 如邮件等

? Must be willing to travel to manufacturing and customer or else in case need.
