工作内容：

制药GMP质量体系文件管理，OA vender的沟通及供应商相关资质等的确认及管理，系统流程及数据维护

Description:

Support GMP daily archiving, retrieving, issuing and/or reconciliation of GMP documents.

Collect QA KPI relevant performance data, e.g. deviation, CAPA, change control etc. on biweekly basis for further presentation compilation.

Support master data entry for quality view in MDM.

Support ongoing supplier qualification project.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate, controlled issue and reconcile SOP and other quality documentations. Handle document creation, revision, review and approval of workflow in electronic document management system. Execute tasks timely and accurately to meet the documentation management requirements.

Support with KPI collection and trending analysis in GO Track system.

Support with QM module in GBS including Master Data Maintenance and QIR collection.

Maintain access control and folder structure in Share Room and QA Share Folder.

Controlled issue and reconcile label, logbook and cleaning records.

Archive and retrieve GMP documents.

Support with supplier qualification MSO to manage supplier qualification.

应聘条件：

学历/专业：本科学历，生物工程/制药/化学工程等相关专业必须

工作经验： 1年左右经验，工作中了解或熟悉制药GMP条例体系

英语要求：书面邮件及系统Workable，口语的最低要求是能用简单的沟通表述清楚自身的意思

能力要素：工作细致，与同事间沟通良好流畅
