薪资范围：

1-3年经验人选，税前6000-8000

5年以上资深人选，薪资根据经验放宽

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任

-Responsible for the establishment of the company's salary and welfare system, and the establishment of salary and welfare management system and procedures.

负责公司薪资福利制度的建立，制定薪酬福利管理体系、流程；

-Establish salary management standards and establish salary incentive mechanism system.

制定薪酬管理标准，建立薪酬激励机制体系；

-To organize and implement salary survey, study market salary and present salary analysis report.

组织实施薪酬调查，研究市场薪资，提出薪资分析报告；

-Timely grasp relevant national salary regulations and policies, grasp the current situation of salary and make analysis.

及时掌握国家有关薪资法规、政策，掌握薪资现状并进行分析；

-The statistics and analysis of annual human cost, and make the labor cost control plan for the next year according to the results of labor cost statistics and analysis.

年度人力成本的统计、分析，根据人工成本统计分析结果，制定下年度人工成本控制计划；

-Be responsible for accounting the salary of all kinds of employees of the company, auditing the monthly attendance report, preparing the monthly salary report and submitting it to superior leaders for approval.

负责核算公司各类人员薪资，审核月度考勤报表，编制当月薪资报表并及时提交上级领导审批。

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED知识和工作经验要求

Education教育

-Bachelor degree, major in human resource related major

本科学历、人力资源相关专业

Knowledge / Skills知识和技能

-Familiar with national labour laws and regulations and local policy, sense of responsibility, serious attitude;

熟悉国家劳动法律法规以及当地政策，责任心强，态度认真；

-Good communication skills and English ability.

良好的沟通能力和英语表达能力。

-Experience in compensation and benefit management in large manufacturing enterprises is preferred.

大型制造企业薪酬福利管理相关岗位经历优先；

-Good professional ethics and ethics and good team management awareness.

具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队管理意识。

Specific Experience特殊经验

-At least 1-3 years working experience in compensation and benefits.
